1. Access and Subscription

Your subscription grants you access to the Moden component library, documentation, and any included resources for the duration of your active subscription period.

• Moden offers a monthly plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle, after which your access to the Moden website and new components will end.

2. License and Usage

• You may use Moden components in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or include Moden components in any product or service that competes with Moden — including template libraries, design systems, or similar component collections.
• You may not share, transfer, or sublicense your Moden account to others.
• Components are provided as-is, without guarantee that they will function identically across all environments or updates to Webflow.

3. Refund Policy

Because Moden provides instant access to digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the product details and previews before subscribing to ensure it meets your needs.

4. Support

Moden does not include one-on-one technical support.
Each component includes documentation, read-only project links, and a ready-to-copy structure designed to make implementation straightforward.

5. Intellectual Property

All components and documentation within Moden are the intellectual property of Moden. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials in accordance with these Terms.
Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of Moden content is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Moden at any time if we determine that the account has violated these Terms or engaged in misuse, redistribution, or reselling of components.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Moden is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Timothy Ricks or Moden be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Moden after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
